Refund Eligibility:

1. Accidental Donations: If you accidentally made a donation in an incorrect amount, you may be eligible for a full refund. The request for such a refund must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.

2. Fraudulent Transactions: If your payment details were used without your consent, please report it immediately. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued.
    

Non-Refundable:

1. Dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be provided if you are dissatisfied with the community experience, decisions made by administrators, or any other subjective matters.

2. Change of Mind: Donations cannot be refunded for changes of mind or errors made by the donor beyond the accidental donations described above.
    

Refund Process:

1. Request: To request a refund, please contact fivem.family.rp@outlook.com with your transaction details and reason for the refund.

2. Timeline: Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to be processed.
